Your order is not accepted until Aravandë confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Aravandë may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of Aravandë. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Aravandë is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Aravandë. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Aravandë, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Aravandë.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

These Terms of Service, including with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimers shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Virginia, and the courts of Virginia shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising in relation to these Terms.  You agree that any proceeding relating to use of this site must be filed exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Rockingham County, Virginia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on an inconvenient forum or other reasons. You and Aravandë consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts. 

SECTION 22 - ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms by mediation. The parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution procedures.
